12a是对的，exact answer leave as exact.
17c不是exact，所以要3sf，应该会被扣一分。

Logic applies here, AM is shorter than AN, in order to achieve a balanced ratio, 3 parts of AM must present to make up 2 parts of AN.

The ratio should be 2:3.
3AM = 2AN, means AM:AN = 2:3
