最近开始读美剧《The good wife》的剧本，中文名翻译为《傲骨贤妻》（气派版）或《好老婆》(亲民版）
记得我大学时学英语时老师说过，只需要活用500个英文单词，便可以很地道的进行日常交流，虽然还是有些夸张，但看看下面的句子来体会一下吧！

仍旧是简单的词汇组合在一起，一个词组be away from，却是很地道又幽默的表达了一个困境，比其他说法比如I don't even have money to pay the rent next month.要有趣的多啦

我在工作中和很多来报名的中国学生聊英语时，发现大家真的被中国教育毒的有些深，喜欢追求高大上词汇或海量词汇库；但英语真正的美妙之处就在于，用简单的词汇构造出简单（我们读时都能看懂）而又不简单（我们说时都说不出）的句子。
