同一期BTO 一个市镇三个项目抽签的问题

请大神们帮忙解释一下，这次申请加冷与黄埔的BTO ，因为3个项目在一起申请，我喜欢的是Verandah @kallang，如果选房时没有Verandah的单位可选，另外两个项目还有很多单位可以选，选择放弃这两个项目，会影响下次申请的资格？

新规定:你放弃,下一次就把你分类到二次申请人,中标机率下降,再放弃就必须等一年才可以再申请.我也不一定对,具体你自己去建屋局查询为准.

Application restrictions for rejecting a BTO/ SBF flat
If you had been invited to book a flat, but did not do so even though there were units available, you have rejected a chance to book a flat and incurred a non-selection count.

With 1 non-selection count, you will be deemed a second-timer for a year in the computer ballot and all your other flat applications that have been submitted from the October 2023 sales launch onwards will automatically be cancelled. Any additional ballot chances accumulated from your previous unsuccessful BTO applications in the non-mature estates will also be set to 0.

We strongly encourage applicants to consider carefully before they apply for a flat, and book a flat when they are invited to do so.

只有轮到你没房了才不算放弃。

我觉得这方法只会让热门的更热门，冷门的更没人选。

现在每天都有人放弃，还是550/2500靠前的号码As of 6.30pm 11/03/2024
1. VK: 439/893 taken (15 taken today)
2. RR: 55/607 taken (3 taken today)
3. TV: 21/952 taken (2 taken today)

Today 20/26 booked. 6 dropped out.
