卖组屋-贷款的处理

最近在卖屋子。因为是向POSBANK贷的款，需要指定lawyer为我办理清理贷款的手续，请问方姐有没有收费合理的律师介绍给我？

<P>上次我问POSB，他们说根本不需要律师，但我觉得有问题吧。
<P>我又问我原来的律师，他们说1000块，包括再买新房子的律师费用。其实这个律师也是上次贷款的时候POSB找的，那时POSB subsidy 部分律师费用，1000多吧。
<P>所以，问问你原来的律师就可以了。</P>

Thank you. I asked my previous lawyer, he charged me S$500. I will not trust bank anymore. At the time I convert my HDB loan from HDB(interest rate 3.5%) to POSBank(floating interest rate, first year @ 1,2%), they never informed me about this. The interest saved is less than the money I paid to the lawyer.

如果卖掉现有组屋，还要购买其他产业的话，用后者的律师帮处理好了... ... 看情形，你是要撤退的样子[em07][em07]

It will be more cost saving if you use HDB lawyer to handle the HDB part and use outside lawyer to handle your loan with if you use a commercial bank. the total cost will be around 400S$

<P>slighly confusing. any way, every one must read the contract carefully and throw the question immediately whenever you have doubts. the only one you can trust is yourself.</P>
<P>in my case, POSB informed about the interests rate changes 2 months before the effective date. not bad.</P>
